1. wait for：等待某人或某物（要加for），接名词

如：She waits for the bus after school.  He need to wait here for me.

2. wait + 时间/地点：等多少时间/在哪等

如：He wait at the bus stop every morning.  Please wait 5 minutes and then I’ll come back.
