区别:little/a little,few/a few,a lot

  • There is little water in the glass.
  • There is a little water in the glass.(瓶子里有一些水。)

(He has few friends, so he feels lonely.)
(He has a few friends.)

三、a little, little可以用作副词;few不能用作副词

  • I am a little hungry.
  • He is a little higher than John.(修饰比较级)
  • She little dreams that she would marry him.(她从来都没有碰到会嫁给他)

四、注意 a lot of / lots of 可以接可数或者不可数名词

  • A lot of/Lots of money was lost.
  • A lot of/ Lots of people were wounded.

Sometimes we have very little snow, but sometimes there is a lot.

I like him quite a lot.
